Images files do not synch with DCRs

Hi,

I'm a newbie in MediaBin, so I have one question on how we are using it. We have images files stored in MediaBin and different branches can select the same image and then do opendeploy and datadeploy. My question is, is there any way that MediaBin can notify when the same image file was modified? if so, can it also update in the in all dcrs it's been linked to?

The image from MB to TS is recognised only during the import action that we are doing on TS. There is no way MB can tell TS about the recently added/modified image.
