Content to handhelds

hi all!
does anybody know if there is a current api or solution on Teamsite to deliver content to pda's (similar to open deploy) for synchronizing the content? I've read about some partnerships with AlterEgo, EveryPath, etc. and about the aquisition of Neonyoyo but dont know if they are already offering a solution either as part of the teamsite suite (templating, opendeploy) or sold as separate product..
