Why you want to do so??

As you are a new to interwoven, i suggest to go through the manual and consult to senior person if available there.
You can not change the TS installation directory. Only solution is to uninstall then install to other location.

Install the SPAR using the Archive Manager:
a. Open a command prompt and change to the TeamSite installation directory:
TEAMSITE_HOME/install.
b. Invoke the following command to install the SPAR into the workarea:
install_archive.ipl /advanced-backpacking.spar /default/main/ advancedbackpacking/WORKAREA/shared

Can you please tell me where i will get install_archive.ipl?

Anyway, What is TS version and OS you are using?

iw-home or TEAMSITE_HOME directory is the TS installation directory. It might be in C or D drive (on window).
Under the iw-home directory there is a install directory there you can find the install_archive.ipl file.
If still not able to find just use the search option.

Option (a) simply says that in command prompt to go to iw-home/install directory. Like (on windows)
cd iw-home\install
Now from here you can execute the istall_archive.ipl file. Now follow the instruction given with spars file.
