TeamSite Import Errors

dann

We are running TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 on Solaris 10 O/S. Importing new files works as expected, but when trying to overwrite files, I get an invalid argument error, the file still imports, but the error stops the process of the import. So if I was importing 50 files, it would stop the process after the error causing users to have to try again. This error was not occuring on 6.7.1 on Solaris 8. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Hi,

We are using TS 6.7.1 SP1 on Windows and we too get the same error when we try to overwrite files.

But if you try to re upload the assets the same will work fine.

Thanks
Prem Pratick.

Check JRE version installed on the server. Make sure you have a 6.7.1 compatible JRE. Also install 6.7.1 SP1 Launchpad fix and try your test again. The launchpad fix can be downloaded from Supportsite.

Where I can get the launchpad error fix in support site? Please give me the path.

Go to the ESD download center, you should find 6.7.1 SP1 launchpad certificates for all platform under 6.7.1 SP1.
