Passing value from workflow custom screen to mail header template

Hi All,

I am using TS 6.7.1 SP1 Windows 2003 server and WFM 1.0.0.1.
I am trying to pass value from the workflow custom instantiation screen to the tag in the mail header template.This value changes dynamically
depending upon user input.

I have created a global variable and I try to pass its value from the screen to the mail header template using the syntax

[html]

[/html]

But I am unable to retrieve its value.Is this syntax correct?
Can someone help?

You are using iw_solution_email.ipl - right?
Edit that script to enable debugging - this will provide an XML dump of the workflow into IWHOME/tmp the next time you run it (then disable debugging). Look at the XML dump and find the correct xpath reference to the variable as I believe you are not providing it right now.
