Setting the value of "Modified By" property

Hi,
Is there a way to set the the "Modified By" attribute of a file in TeamSite using any CLT.

We are doing a bulk update to all our DCRs (since the DCT changed) with a perl script and I like to preserve the "Modified By" user.

I've looked into iwattrib CLT which only gives me the value of "Modified By" for any file,but it doesn't allow me to set it. Since the "Modified By" is not a traditional TeamSite metadata iwextattr CLT is also not useful.

May be you can consider setting an EA with the user information from within the script.
