Unable to Start Collab services in Windows

Hi All,

I have installed Vignette Collaboration 8.5 as per the document successfully.

In the Document & Learning Services mentioned that it will create "OpenText Collaboration" in windows Service to Start/Stop.

But Afte the Collaboration Install, Services has not created automatically in Windows Service Manager. Also I am not sure which while have to Start/Stop.

Please some help me on.
