OpenDeploy Failure

TS 6.2 SP2, OpenDeploy 6.2.0

We recently are having many troubles with OpenDeployment. The scenario is that when viewing the deployments through OpenDeploy Admin UI, the status of one deployment shows running for ever until we restart the od base. After the od base restarted, we have no problem to resubmit it to OpenDeployment. The logs from od base show:
