iwwebd.exe, iwutild.exe and iwperl.exe

1) In the task manager of the server I am working on, I see two iwwebd.exe processes there. Why are there two iwwebd.exe ?

2) iwutild.exe process is active when external task is running. External task in turn runs perl scripts. So arent these perl scripts part of iwutild.exe ? Why arer they separate ?
