Adding a custom <title> field

I have a question, problem...

Currently we use templates. i.e. home_page.tpl

So if we have 20 pages that use that template, they all use the same for the pages... not SEO friendly at all... actually a killer<br /><br />can i add a field in the VFE to say "page title" the content contributor enters a title and have it reflect as the title of the page?<br /><br />is this possible....?

A better solution is to put a Title field in the DCT that is distinct from the VFE - and then have your PT insert it properly in the output.

I can see two threads having same subject and user name. Please close one thread and try to get help from the other one...opening many thread will not help your cause and will irritate the people who wants to respond to the threads.
