I suspect something is wrong with the TeamSite/SitePub installation. Did you check the log of the original TeamSite installation? If you login as master on CC Pro do you see the "SitePublisher" menu?

Are all TeamSite processes running? What do the server, trace and servlet logs say?

You should not have to run "./sitepub_component_install.sh" manually to get the OOTB components.

Hi Pankaj,

My SitePublisher is working fine, it is showing SiteMap Tab and SitePublisher Menu too.
All the processes are running fine in my server, there is no error occured in any of logs file
./iwstat
Store Status
default Running
iwadmin Running
workflow Running
ID Thread User Duration Store Operation
0x19cf1 0x1f root 0.000 - GetServerStatus

The error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/lang/builder/ToStringStyle" its showing, this is related to apache common.jar.
i think the process is unable to pick the common.jar form lib path. i am not able to find the jar /lib location from where its picking?
please help me out

Looks like it copied and submitted the components from foundation.spar. Do you see components and templates under /iwadmin/main/spars/WORKAREA/Installed/foundation?

The error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/lang/builder/ToStringStyle" its showing, this is related to apache common.jar.
i think the process is unable to pick the common.jar form lib path. i am not able to find the jar /lib location from where its picking?

I was able to locate this class file in commons-lang-2.2.jar file on my system. See if you have this file in iw-home/httpd/webapps directory and also check the file size.

On my Linux server:

[]# pwd
/teamsite/iw-home/httpd/webapps
[]# find . -name "commons-lang*" -print
./iw-preview/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
./iw-rta/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
./content_center/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
./eventsubsystem/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
[]#

[]# ls -l ./content_center/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 243016 Mar 19 16:51 ./content_center/WEB-INF/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
[]#

Also, I found it under /teamsite/iw-home/local/config/lib:

[]# pwd
/teamsite/iw-home/local/config/lib
[]# find . -name "commons-lang*" -print
./content_center/customer_samples_src/lib/commons-lang-2.2.jar
[]#

Check with Support if you do not have this file. If you don't have it anywhere under /teamsite/iw-home/httpd/webapps*, then you may have to run make_toolkit or reinstall Content Center app - but check with Support as I may be wrong.
