Simple TS Search | Wild cards Support

Currently we are using Teamsite search. We need a clarification whether simple search will support wild cards (like *, ?, +). Currently I am able to search the content using wild cards “*” and “?” (like test*). But In page no 95 of the ts.670.ccp.ud.pdf, it mentioned that use of wild card operators (+, -, and , not) are not supported by simple search. Just want to check whether simple search supports “*” and “?” operators and it will not support other wild cards like “+”, “-“.

Any pointers on this would be appreciated.

We are using TS6.7.1 on Solaris10.

 The email client honeywell is not on the list as supported email clients.  At this time the only workaround would be to use one of the supported email clients such as yahoo, gmail, or hotmail.
