Builder Installation failed on 64-bit OS

Hi,When I am trying to run the installation, I am getting getting "Folder Write Error". Even I gave full permission and running the installation as Administrator.Then I referred some forum. that we need to use 32bit jdk instead of 64bit. So, I have installed 32bit.set path, CLASS_PATH and JAVA_HOME & restarted machine.Now I am getting different Error and Wizard also not appearing.

"The Wizard cannot continue because of the following error: could not load wizards specified in /wizard.inf (104)"

I have tried it in two different machine. Getting same errors.

Please help to resolve this.

Is this Windows or Linux? If Linux, you are probably missing the X windows packages for 32 bits. KBA 48788196 may apply to this case too:

Can you try invoking Builder installer with JDK 1.5 ( 32 bit)? If your OS is windows. The runtime java (Application Server) can be either 1.5 or 1.6.
