Refreshing Filesite Folders.

I have a question about refreshing Filesite folders. I followed the guideline given in folder refresh registry keys. But that didn’t help.
This is the issue I’m having:
Occasionally the user will add a workspace to their My Matters folder (after searching) and the Filesite display (tree) will collapse close. Upon expanding the view back and opening the My Matters folder, the added Workspace will not appear until the folder is manually refreshed.
This seems to happen on all outlook clients about 50% of the time that they go to add a workspace (although after the issue occurs once it seems to keep occurring more often than not). Restarting Outlook occasionally resolves the issue but again it's 50/50 when they add one whether the issue will re-occur. It is an annoyance for many of the main users of Filesite.
These are the steps to recreate the issue.
- Search for a workspace (in outlook) and add to My Matters and confirm at the Add to My Matters screen
- As soon as hit OK, Filesite folder view is collapsed or new workspace is not shown within the My Matters folder structure or both happens.
Can you please see if you can identify anything that may resolve this issue?
