TeamSite 6.7.2 Sp1 ADSI question

Windows 2003 server

We are having problems getting group membership from the domain using ADSI. We see in the iwtrace.log file a connection being made but no updates. We found our AD doesn't allow for annon...bind to AD.

Is there a way to perform the ADSI with another AD account rather than local system?

You could run the TeamSite services under a named account in the AD as long as that account doesn't have any password expiration set. Or, forget about the groups and make your own in TeamSite.

Thanks. What are the requirements for the named account to run Teamsite Services? Tried using an account that has local admin rights, but Teamsite service would not start with that account.
