My requirement is I have 4 DCR Datum to select individual DCRs, however I don't know a way to force them to select DCR for all 4 of the Datums. How can I accomplish this?

Not doable in the current version. You may want to file a FR.

I guess the best you could do right now is test for 4 DCRs in your component XSL and if that test fails then display some sort of error message otherwise display the correct output.
