We have three Environments, DEV/TEST using Test AD and PROD is using Prod AD.
There is no issue on DEV/TEST Environment but in Prod except superadmin other users not able to login and getting username/password incorrect.
For Testing purpose, Have pointed Test WEM to Prod AD, it works fine and didn't get any authentication/Authorization error.
Again Pointed Prod WEM to Test AD, Getting Same authentication error. Seems to be issue with WEM side not from AD side.
Note: if I logged as super admin then I can able to search users & groups without any issue. But those users not able to Login into Application even if that ID associated to Administrator Role.
Also I tried TAS Diagnostics page, except super Admin remaining IDs getting below errors.
"jayaram failed authentication. Make sure the shared secret is accurate"
Now, I am suspecting TAS only. Will it resolve by re-generate and re-deploy TAS application?
Please suggest if it is not related to TAS and how to resolve this issue.
