When I acces to config console it doesn't show anything.

Check with a different browser first but:
is this after a new install? Any errors in the CA logs or VgnVCMRuntime logs? What is status of the configconsole war file deployed in the Content Services ear?
if this is a new install: restart everything using the restart services script in the bin folder of the WEM install (this restarts node manager, admin console, and wem server).
If this is not a new install and everything worked ok before: (1) restart WEM and check again, (2) if restart doesn't help re-deploy Content Services ear file using configp and then restart WEM.
