Unlock access to Editor TS 6.5

Can we able to give unlock access(Like Admin/Mater) to Editor in TS 6.5(Solaries)? We don't have users to Admin role access but as Editor they should able to unlock the files

I dont think that is direclty possible through TS for editor role. You have to do some custom development, for e.g. Unlock DCR workflow or custom menu.
