Preview & Generate Page Problems

Something unbelievably odd happen. I've been working along fine on setting up DCTs and TPLs and creating DCRs and was able to preview and generate pages. I was gone for one day for training and when I came back...now i can not preview or generate pages for any new DCTs, TPLS, and DCRs. However, I can still preview and generate for the exisiting templates. I've included a screen capture of the error message I received. I checked with my fellow admin, and he says he didn't make any changes to the overall Teamsite configs when he created the new workarea. I double check the template.cfg file and everything look alright.

is this only happening in the new workarea? if so, do you have a /templatedata/iw_preview directory (or whatever you've designated in templating.cfg as your preview dir) in place in the new workarea?

This is happening in the old workarea I've been working in all along. It is also happening in the new workarea. The preview-dir is set to root level.

1. Version of TeamSite?
2. Platform?
3. Browser version?

I am sure you tried from other client machines also before submitting the post. If not, then can you please check if it is not just your browser?
