UI Customization override question

Hi Friends,

I am facing a strange problem in my customization.
For Customization of Content Center,You need to override the XML files which are there in customer toolkit.
Suppose I am making a simple change in the ui_custom.xml(iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src\etc\conf\customer), and running the make_toolkit.ipl.

The message I am getting in the command prompt is:

File WEB-INF/conf/customer/ui_custom.xml is overridden by live
site_customer.
And I am unable to get my desired result.

The Question is Why my file is overridden by live
site_customer,when am not doing anything there?

Not getting anything in the logs too.

I was doing customization few days back and everything was running fine.

Anybody facing/faced similar probs. can throw some light.

I never saw anything like it - but it does sound like somebody else was making customization and now you have a conflict.
May be SitePublisher is smart enough to recognize a conflict on the Deployed (WEB-INF) Component and block you from overriding it?
