Error when trying to submit a job

Hi,
I get the above error when I try to click on Run a Job after fetching values from ldap and populating it in a combobox. I select the users and then click and the workflow form remains the same. Can somebody help me URGENTLY ON THIS?

Whats the error message.
What is the code you have been using.

Have you tried debug mode to see the formed xml workflow?
