software patch notifications

how are you informed of patch release updates to worksitemp5 ? (integration modules, server, web)
i never get automated emails about new releases and only hear about them if i run into an issue and support tells me that was fixed in patch x.
The support site doesn't seem to store the worksitemp patches for downloads either? unless i can't find them.
any feedback?
