Deployment Failure - OpenDeploy client

This error seems like it should be easy to figure out but I am missing something......any ideas?

ERROR: Could not find matching OpenDeploy client for (TS-DEV). This error is on the target server so the two servers are communicating. Log below.

Check the allowedHosts section of the odrcvr.xml file on the Receiver
If it is missing the desired entry: add it and restart the OD services there.
If it is present, try just restarting the OD services there.

Check if you are using a host name instead of an IP address set up for deployment, in that cases it throws such errors.(ERROR: Could not find matching OpenDeploy client for (TS-DEV).)
