The first thing you will need to do is to decide on your overall topology. You will need a database (SQL Server or Oracle, if you are new to both I would greatly recommend the former), and you need to decide how you intend to access MediaBin which in many customer's cases entails an IIS (web) server.
The usual "best practice" is to have three machines for the web server, database server and MediaBin (i.e., application) server, however many people with smaller loads do combine one or both of these.
The MediaBin server install will assume that you have the database server set up. The simplest method is to let the MediaBin installer know the sa (system administrator) password for the database which it uses to create a new database (and promptly forgets; MediaBin itself does not run with administrative privileges in the database).
At minimum you will want to install the MediaBin server and the Windows Native Client and MediaBin Enterprise Manager (administrative client). Then possibly the web client.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I've configured MB asset server, MB Enterprise Manager, MB Windows client and MB web client. But I'm not able to connect to MB server using web client. I'm trying to connect using following URL:
http://localhost:32456/MediaBin
(Is this correct?)
But its not getting connected. Its showing me the following error (MBP.log):

I was able to fix this issue. The issue was related to my IIS configuration.
Thanks
