Jayaram Ponnusamy

Hi All,

We have a requirement to integrate portal with ECM. Do we have any modules available in Poral to achieve this?

Thanks

Jayaram

Which ECM? There is support for several platforms based on JSR286 portlets.

Hi Evan,

we are looking for some built in integration with Content Server. Anything available like this or we need to build JSR Portlet to achieve this?

Thanks

Jayaram

You can use the content server portlets.

The Content Server Portlets are not supported starting with Portal 8.5 so I would not recommend going down that path.

We added a new HTML App Portlet in Portal 8.5.3 that allows you to add embeddable components like HTML apps and widgets into a portlet. You can incorporate the Content Server UI widget into the HTML App portlet. The functionality of the HTML App portlet is limited to the features provided by the widget or app that is added to the portlet.
