In general - no.
In specific - if you search through DevNet you can hopefully find a paper that was presented at GearUp several years ago that described a means of creating a solution for this by queuing up the requests and managing the queue.

There's usually a "better" or "simpler" way to achieve the desired effect by coding the callserver script to do more than one thing based on parameters it is sent.
