Hi,
We are getting a session out issue, where in session is getting time out while preview a channel.
however we can preview its sub-channel without any issue.
also where we are getting this issue, hide outlines and maximize tools options are not showing up at the bottom. and we have a option for login again.
can any one look into it and advice, also let me know if you need anything else. attaching screen shot for your refrence.
