retrieve channel page smart list from content item template

I 've setup the template for Content instant 

example:

News [Channel] - channel level template: channel_template 

   - news1 [story ci] - site level template : story_template

   - news2 [story ci] - site level template : story_template

 

in News Channel, I 've added the content list of right navigation,

I want the news1,news2 which is able to get the content list from News channel

does it possible?
