how to transfer content between teamsite?

can any one tell me what needs to done to migrate the content from one teamsite to another..

i dont know in which config file i need to change. please help me

Well, when you say content, what do you mean by content.

If you mean you want just the WORKAREA content, then would suggest using OpenDeploy script with [size=2]applyExtAttrs="yes"

[/size] this would deploy the content and extended attributes.
