Template Issue

On my test installation server, editing a template used to work fine.

Now when selecting a DCR and then clicking on edit, the template fails to load in only in Explore - the window opens but the "load" of the DCR does not happen. It works in FireFox.

However, on the production server the DCR out without and issues.

Any ideas on why this started happening?

What rev of TS & what rev of IE ?

There is an issue with very large DCRs in IE7 and 6.7.1, some JS errors are displayed (though you probably do not have the browser set to show them).

There is a patch 6.7.1 SP1 patch 4 (I think) that resolves this. It works fine in FF

The version of TeamSIte is 6.7.2

The version of IE is 6.2.90

I have two identical servers, one is a test the other is a production. This was working on the test server but stopped, and it is working on the production server which should be the same.

Sounds like a different issue. Turn on your JS debugging in IE6 and see if any errors are provided.

I was able to solve this by re applying the extended attributes to the templates. Not sure why but after doing that it all works find now,
