Tranactional Deployment

Hi,

I am new to Opendeploy and need some help on setting transactional deployment. I have configured the deployment as follow.

- OD deploy the files
- DNR execute the DD and withing DD im executing a stored procedure

So what is expected is if any of them fail it should rollback. I am not sure what attributes i need to set to set it Transactional Deployment.

Any help is appreciated.

Enabling transactional deployments is pretty well covered in the product documentation - have you read it? If not - please do so.
If you have read the product documentation - perhaps you can expand on what aspect of enabling transactional deployments you don't understand? (Also, include the product version information for OpenDeploy)

I went through the documentation but didn't find specific info. I went through some earlier threads as well. They talk about using exec-deployment in OD. But my requirement is if OD or DD any of them fails need to roll back.

Also in DD there is a Stored procedure getting executed. If that fails need to rollback the transaction.

Have You gone through the OD_620_dev_V01_EN manual.
There it has been discussed about writing your own Java-based customized
delivery adapters for use in the Delivery Adapter Framework.
Also check “Using Customized Delivery Adapters” on page 465 in the OpenDeploy Developer’s Guide for information on how to include your customized delivery adapter in your deployments.
