How to navigate to a directory under workarea using URL command?

Hi,
my env:
TS 6.7.2 RH Linux

I have a basic workflow which creates a new directory under the workarea on submit.On submit, I also popup a confirmation window that the directory has been created.
I want to have a link on the Popup window which can basically take the user to the newly created directory under the workarea in Teamsite ccpro UI.

I went through all the available URL command in the UI customization guide and could not find anything to achieve this.

any comment/ideas?

well, this one does not give two pan layout as in CCPRO, it just lists the directory content in single pane.
I basically want the user to be still in CCPRO view but with control in the newly created directory.
