Need Help-Ole Linking

Hi Friends,
In my project we are using the looping linking excel files. but when i am import the excel document it concerted only the first step of the linking. that is my first problem and when i am checked out the linked document that time when the parent document have get the worksite link but the child link would not takes the parent document worksite path but it takes the local path of the parent. so when i am doing the update on the document in the child it will happens on the parent but when we do any update in parent its not happened on the child. can any one can help me to solve this problem.

Are you using WorkSite Web or Desksite ?
Also we don't support mutliple levels of linking. We just support one level of document linking.
