Livesite Component Preview Issue

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to LiveSite, I’ve tried to create a component in livesite and tried to preview it. But I’m getting the following error

You should go through Teamsite Installation Guide, Chapter 6:Configuring Web Servers.
If you will face any problem then feel free to ask.

Anything of interest in your servletd log file?

Hi,

When I'm trying to start the apache server I'm getting the following warning message

[warn] Loaded DSO /iw-home/lib/mod_iw_ts_rewrite.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

Is this might be the reason, how can I solve this?

Hi,

One more thing to add, I've gone through the access.log file and it says when I try to preview the component the following.

10.95.32.167 - - [22/Jun/2009:09:49:30 +0100] "GET /iw-cc/command/iw.group.preview_file?vpath=//cbu072a016/default/main/component-guide/WORKAREA/shared/sites/Component+Guide/default.site HTTP/1.1" 302 20 1 krishanas

This seems to be an install issue, the preview context may not be working. Anything in servetd log or preview log?

Hi all,

Found the solution,

Please run the following:

· ./build.sh install from within iwhome\local\config\lib\content_center\livesite_customer_src.

It worked fine for me.

Thanks for every one who gave attention to this issue.

Regards,
