delete mass workspaces

hello,
i have an automated routine that creates workspaces daily based on templates and other processes.

over the last few years, 1/3 of these workspaces exists but are empty (no documents) and i would like to delete them.

going through the interface is not an option.

I was looking if someone had some advice or anything built using the API that i can provide command line synax to either delete an individual workspace or a list based on a text file containing Workspace SIDS.

Any help or insight would be appreciated!

EX.

c:\ deleteworkspaceroutine WSID#

OR

c:\ deleteworkspaceroutine FILEUSED.TXT (contains multiple WSID#'s)
