Container of MediaBin Images - Info saves to DCR, does not repopulate during an edit.

I am trying to add a MediaBin image on my form. It seems like the information gets saved in the DCR, but when I go to edit the DCR it is not pulled back into the page. Is there something special I need to do to make this work. Below is sample code.
