Why is the wdpro_menu.ipl wrapper excluding these values: "cwd.vpath","done_page","full_redirect","vpath". I am more concerned about "done_page".

Probably because those form variables did not exist in WebDeskPro days.
It would be far better if you rewrote the actual code to use the actual form variables and stop using the wdpro_menu.ipl wrapper script.
