Not able to submit

hey all,

i have a problem here. i am using teamsite 6.7.2. when i restarted the server , all the services got started. but still i am anable to get the Teamsite UI(http:///iw-cc).
but if i put the port number explicitly (http://:8080/iw-cc) then i am able to get the GUI.

The problem here is when i select any file and click on submit button , it am getting page not found.

i have attched the servletd_out.log. please suggest me how can i get rid from this error

Hi Buddy,

While looking into your problem, I guess your Y Drive(Teamsite default Drive) is not mounted properly with IIS. That is why, when you are supplying 8080 port it runs. Once you configure your teamsite with IIS, this will work fine. At the time of installation, IIS was not configured I guess.

but now my GUI is comming fine, when i try to submit file, i am getting pagenot found pop up....

Hey,

Still, please check your Y drive mounted properly or not? I guess your teamsite instance is not working properly on port 80. That is the main reason that when you are submitting your file it gives Page not found.
You can check and mount your Y drive on IIS manually.

It sounds like someone messed up the installation.
What port is IIS running on?
What port is iwwebd running on?

If this is a fresh installation - you might want to think about wiping the machine and starting over again, as it is unclear just how many aspects of the installation may have problems.
