Crystal Report login Error

Hi All,

I am newly using Crystal Enterprise Services, I have TS672 SP1 on Solaris 10.
When I try to login Report its giving an error:

A problem was encountered trying to connect to the Crystal Enterprise server. Please contact your TeamSite administrator. The following was returned by the Crystal Enterprise API: Server myusswalpec1011 not found or server may be down

Any help regarding this would be really appreciable.

Hurray issue is resolved ..... dint check the services.... actually eventsubsystem was down.
