webserver points to the path ""/migrate/interwoven/teamsite/httpd". How does the TS or LS (As this is being displayed in SP page in LS) interprete webserver as ""/migrate/interwoven/teamsite/httpd" ? Is this path stored anywhere as "webserver" ?

'iw' is defined as a webserver alias for iwwebd - and it is defined as being IWHOME/httpd/iw

iwwebd is the apache web server used by TeamSite to control the management of the TeamSite GUI - be very careful about making changes to its configuration (if that's what you were intending to do)

The path that you specify needs to reflect one that you could request directly on the browser.

You might want to consider publishing the files through TeamSite and then requesting via a call like
