How to get WEM Id of the Workflow from it's name

Hi,

I am trying to invoke a Workflow programatically and what I have is it's name. I am able to invoke it through the WEM ID and I am trying to find a way to get the ID from it's name.

If anyone has any code sample, please paste it.
