6.7.2 Upgrade Error

We had an error during upgrade today that i can not find any support for...

Just before completing installation we got a:

"Inventory Manager found 2 patch elements 69620 in the inventory.
Possibly it is corrupted"

then it quit the installation.

If you have documentation or tips they are appreciated.

Sounds like a corrupted download. I just ran through successfully on a demo server.

What platform is this? Are you installing site publisher and targeting as well, or just teamsite?
