Teamsite 6.7.2 Preview Return Blank page.

Hi,

I am using TS 6.7.2. When i click on preview it shows blank page. i check that is there any user issue or not, but there is no user problem. i tried with admin user also.

seven day before it was working fine. after that i restart my Sun web server

/software/sunjws/6.1sp7/32bit/https-admserv/start

but then also not solve my problem.
when i tried to generate output file. it is generated. but only preview is not working. Smiley Sad

Please provide some light on this.

Hi,
Check the logs at iw-home\local\logs after clicking preview.
Is it reporting something.
