Is there a way to find out Task Ids associated with Approval and Reject tasks?

Hi

I want to show two links Approve and Reject in the email. This email is basically a notification to the Reviewer who can Approve or Reject. I want to know the Task id for Approval and Task Id for Reject. I checked and the only Target Task Id i get from the email, it takes me to the TeamSite WorkFlow screen where I see "Approval and Reject" buttons.

Is there a way to find out Task Ids associated with Approval and Reject tasks? TeamSite version is 6.7.2. WorkFlow Modeler is 1.0.1.0

I don't believe the taskid's will help you here.
You might want to know the index-ordering of the successorsets for your review task (so that, for example, a callback of '0' will be reject and '1' will be approve) - but even that is a bit questionable.

Perhaps it's a misunderstanding of what transitiontask does? It doesn't specify the target task for the transition result, it specifies the source task to be transitioned. As such, the proper taskid is the one associated with the review task (in many/most cases).

approve and reject are transitions not tasks. you might want to develop your own review task where you can approve or reject from links. but here is the code behind the approve button, it might give you a hint of what you need to do:
