Trusted Login Failure

Running MP 4.1 with 2,000 users.

When trying to access WorkSite MP, a small number of users get an authentication pop-up window asking for username and password (see attachment) instead of the WorkSite MP login page.

Users in question have been successfully synchronized (LDAP-Active Directory), so looking for other causes. What causes this pop-up window? Thanks.

Pls specify more details on how TLI was configured .Try adding the WSMP URL as a Intranet Site on your browsers .
Internet Options-->Security--->Local Intranet-->Sites
