Issue with Metatagger -- urgent

hi All,

I am using teamsite 6.7.2 with metatagger.From admin guide i read that there is a feature called next generation tagger. i m using this tagger. i have created a cfg under /tagui/ruleset60 and configured metadata-rules.cfg for my ruleset. but stil i m getting an error saying " TagUI was not able to tag file(s), contact the TeamSite administrator"

can any one tel me what should i do for this error?

When i open a new form entry and do file-->tag it works fine. when i try to open an existing dcr and try file -->tag i am getting this error " TagUI was not able to tag file(s), contact the TeamSite administrator"

in servletd_out.log this is the error i am getting
"ERROR com.interwoven.ui.tagui.LaunchNextGenTagUICommand () - LaunchNextGenTagUICommand caught unexpected exception while processing these files"

Can any one help me out in resolving this issue?
