Teamsite not starting after installaion

Hi,
I have installed TS6.7.2 on Solaris 10. After successful installation and reboot, iwserver is not starting.
iwserver log says :
Interwoven Event Subsystem stopping ...

Unable to establish connection with server:5000013: Unable to establish connection with server

Did you install teamsite using the default port numbers suggested? Chack if any of the ports configured for TeamSite is being shared with another application.

Did you install TeamSite in the "global zone"?
Did you make sure you had the latest OS and Java patches installed on the server first?
Was this a fresh installation or an upgrade?

We are using default ports for installation, and confirmed with system admin that all the ports are available.
We have installed TS on global zone.
We have confirmed with the sys admin team, required OS patch (with higher version) is installed.
This is fresh installation.

So, is the teamsite now working?

If not, incase you are using network storage areas, check if the designated network store is available. verify that there is no network issues.

Did you perform the installation as root directly, as root via sudo, or as some other user?

You might want to wipe the system and try to do the installation again - as it looks like it only got partially installed and it is often quicker / better to start over fresh than to try to do patch-work fixes on something that didn't happen correctly in the first place.

We have installed as root user.
We got some help from support. The problem was with nfs version on Solaris box. We are able to proceed now.
