Hi,
TeamSite FormsPublisher Directory Structure is:
Workarea-templatedata-categories-datatype-datacapture.cfg(DCT).
In One data type there will be only one DCT.
Now You decide as per your requirement.

You can copy your DCT but You cannot use your DCT for different datatypes.
You can also go through the manuals for better understanding.

Each data type in each branch needs to have it's own DCT, but that doesn't mean that you can't have one central copy of the guts of your DCT and share it out across multiple branches. In fact, I'd go pretty much insane if I couldn't use central components like this.

Use the <inline> in your DCT to call a perl script that returns the XML of your DCT. I'm pretty sure it's all in the documentation.

EDIT- doing it this way allows you to create DCT snippets for different things and then assemble them as required, knowing that you'll always have the same structure for the same type of item. You can then do the same thing on the presentation side. Reuse is always a winner in my book.
