rajaramesh

Hi All.

We are planning to Install TS 6.7.1 SP1 Patch 5 on our existing developement environment(Teamsite 6.7.1).Before starting this activity we want to know the following details.

1. What is TS Patch 5 about.
2. What all issues will it solve/fix.
3. Backup of iw-home/iw-store to be taken before the patch installation.
4. How the patch would be installed.
5. What all Testing will be carried out after Patch:5.
6. Pre-requisite for Installing patch.

Please provide your valuable suggestions in this regard.

Thanks and Regards
Ramesh

Is there not a release note (or at least a read me) for this patch? All of your questions should be answered in the release note. The only possible exceptions are the back-up and testing questions - the answer to those is "how comfortable are you with your current back-up arrangements and testing procedures?"

Why not go with TS 6.7.2 instead?

Or wait a few weeks for the release of 6.7.2 SP1. Should be soon.
